Q1:How to get a sample?
A1:Sample order is acceptable. Pls contact with us and make sure what sample do you need.

Q2.Are you manufacturer or trading?
A2:We are manufacturer, there are more than 1000 kinds products for you chose.

Q3.Does your factory have the design and development capabilities, we need the customized products?
A3:The staffs in our R&D department are well experienced in the sanitary wares industry, with more than 5 to 10 years experience. Every year, we will launch 2 to 3 new series to keep out customers in a competitive stage. We can make customized products especially for you; please kindly contact us for more details.

Q4.Can your factory print our brand on the product?
A4:Our factory can laser print customer’s logo on the product with the permission from customers. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer’s logo on the products.

Q5.What about the leading time? 
A5: Different products and different order quantity will have different leading time. 

Q6.How is your production management and quality control system? 
A6:All our product process follows up ISO9001: income quality checking, in process quality checking, final product quality checking. The strict implementation of ISO9001 assures to provide error – free products to our customers. We will show you these in our workshop during your visiting.

Q7. How to order from your company?
A7.1:Please send us inquiry on the products you need, and also the quantity, standard, your port name.
A7.2.:Please confirm the delivery terms with your sales, including payment term, delivery time, trading terms, package, container loading request, QC request.

Q8. What guarantee you offer?
A8: Our products is guaranteed to be free for a period of 3year from the date of purchase.. If it pass the guarantee time ，we also can provide accessories for free.
